Our offer
As Business Development Manager, your missions will be:
- Develop and implement Marketing & Business Plans for our Affiliate markets.
- Collaborate with the IPB team to build, unlock, develop, and secure profitable growth of Premium French Brands in our markets.
- Lead strategic discussions with market teams (Sales, Marketing, CDT, Finance, Supply) in partnership with the IPB teams.
- Identify and lead growth opportunities through portfolio management, pricing strategies, marketing activation plans, omnichannel development, ETE projects, RTM strategies, etc.
- Foster strong collaboration with market teams.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with factories, supply, and marketing to initiate and manage comprehensive projects.
Your day-to-day tasks
Main Missions:
- Lead and influence strategies for French Brands within the markets.
- Develop a product portfolio aligned with local needs and regulations.
- Establish and agree on profitable pricing strategies considering COGS, MCS, COP1, and local pricing.
- Develop a profitable omnichannel approach tailored to local realities (Retail, E-Commerce, Convenience, Horeca, etc.).
- Create a local marketing strategy aligned with global brand assets and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to drive volume, pricing, mix, and profit to support growth and build capabilities within affiliates.
Active tracking and steering of business plans & KPIs
- Organize monthly KPI tracking with markets.
- Conduct monthly operational meetings and quarterly business reviews to identify corrective actions and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply, Marketing, etc.) on meeting agendas and tracking.
Lead, coach, and support one specialist (indirect)
- Ensure alignment and execution of commercial approaches across regions.
- Participate in training preparation, market visits, customer visits, and Global Council.
Innovate beyond core offerings, identify new product innovations, partnerships, and RTM models to accelerate growth.
Act as an ambassador for French brands, influencing key meetings, events, and visits with integrity.
- Promote French Brands capabilities through trainings, workshops, visits, and events.

Your assets for success
- 8 to 10 years of experience in GD roles (additional marketing experience is a plus).
- Strong influencing skills with integrity and results-driven leadership.
- Ability to engage and lead both internally and externally, credible as an expert for French Brands and Waters business.
- Impactful communication skills; multi-country experience is advantageous.
- Courage and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
