Our offer
AsBusiness Development Manager, your missions will be :
- Develop and execute Marketing & Business Plans for our Affiliates markets
- In coordination with the IPB team, build, unlock, develop and secure the profitable growth of Premium French Brands in our Markets.
- Influence & lead strategic discussions with the Markets (Sales, Mktg, CDT, Finance & Supply) in close collaboration with the IPB teams.
- Lead business opportunities to accelerate growth (Portfolio approach, Pricing Strategies, Marketing activation plans, omnichannel capabilities building , ETE projects dvpt, RTM Strategies, ... ).
- Foster a strong collaboration with the markets.
- Build and maintain constructive relationship with the factory, supply & marketing to initiate and manage 360 project.
Your day-to-day tasks
Main Missions:
Lead, build, leverage & influence the French Brands Strategies with the markets
- Build a winning product portfolio approach in line with local needs and local legislation & regulations
- Build and align on a winning & profitable pricing strategy (COGS, MCS/COP1 anticipation and local pricing strategy)
- Build a winning and profitable Omnichannel approach (Retail, E-Comm, Convenience, Horeca, ...) in line with local reality & needs
- Build a winning local Marketing stragey in line with Global Brand strategies, assets & guidelines
- Identify Opportunities to drive volumes, price, mix & profit to support profitable growth and build capabilitis in Affiliates to embed the practises
Active tracking and steering of business plans & business performance KPI's
- Organize Monthly Business KPI tracking with Markets of agreed Business Performance Indicators
- Organize Monthly Operational Meetings & Quarterly Business Reviews with all markets & identify corrective actions and opportunities
- Pre-align and align internally with FBU Stakeholders & Affiliates Stakeholders on agenda/tactics of above meetings and tracking (Head FBU, Finance, Supply, Mktg & CDT, Inno & Reno teams, ...)
Lead, coach and support 1 specialist (indirect)
- Ensure alignment & execution of our commercial approach across geographies in scope
- Actively participate to preparation of trainings, market visits, custosmer visits and Global Council
Innovate beyond the core, identify new product innovation and needs, new partnership business and/or RTM models to accelerate growth for French Brands
Act actively as Ambassador for French brands while influencing with integrity
- Act as French Brands ambassador through all key meetings, key events & organised market visits
- Influence with integrity to drive a winning local french brand strategy, actions & activations
Promote and build French Brands capabilities in Affiliates through brand induction trainings, workshops, factory visits, (customer) events , …

Your assets for success
- 8 to 10 years in GD role (additional experience in MKTG highly desirable)
- Ability to influence with integrity and developing results through others: ability to convince and follow up agreed action plans in the markets
- Ability to engage and lead both internally and externally and be a credible ambassador and expert for French Brands and Waters business
- Communicates insights with impact, multi-country experience is a plus
- Has demonstrated courage and ability to solve problems
- Ability to work in a matrix environnment
- Fluent in English, a second language is a plus.
- Frequent travel abroad is to be expected.
