Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a busy and varied role that allows you to utilise your range of group charter sales skills within a close-knit team? If so, apply now as we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our French team on a remote basis. You will be responsible for delivering revenue and profitability in accordance with your agreed targets and maintaining high earning accounts.

To be effective in this role you will need to demonstrate proven proactive sales ability, passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, smart procurement techniques, creative presentation of offers and insightful closing techniques.

Accountabilities
  • Win, maintain, develop and grow a loyal portfolio of key clients whilst achieving set targets and KPI measures each year.
  • Provide support to the individual team members in all aspects of their day-to-day trading and sales activities.
  • Turnaround of new and existing client enquiries.
  • Research relevant industry data to create new sales leads.
  • Proactive sales calling, client visits and portfolio management.
  • Carrying out aircraft visits and departure see-offs where required.
  • Attend and represent Air Partner at relevant industry events.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the various Air Partner products to your clients.
Candidate Requirements
  • A goal-driven, high-energy individual that is both an independent worker and a strong team player.
  • Experience within the Sports or Music & Entertainment Travel markets is highly desirable.
  • First-rate product knowledge with a good understanding of changing group charter markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent people skills.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experienced working in an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Anticipates and intervenes to recover a situation in a timely and constructive way.
  • Must be competitive, highly motivated and hungry to win business.
