Une entreprise internationale recherche un Business Development Manager pour développer sa stratégie commerciale en France, en collaborant avec un distributeur de produits pharmaceutiques. Le candidat idéal sera un leader dynamique, capable de nouer des relations solides et d'impulser la croissance de la marque.

Qualifications

  • Expérience d'au moins 8 ans dans la vente, notamment dans le marché pharmaceutique français.
  • Expérience avec les distributeurs et connaissance des autres canaux souhaitées.
  • Anglais et français courants exigés.

Location: France, remote position (Le Mans, Normandie, Britanny, Paris). 2-3 travel days per month.

Our client is an international group, developing its activity with the aim of creating new products that clean and care for their consumers’ children.

Until now, the company has been working with a major Pharma distributor to ensure the presence of its brands on the French market. To gain market shares, we are looking for a Business Development Manager M/F to oversee and execute the commercial strategy with this distributor and develop new channels to diversify the company’s targets.

You will report directly to the Sales Director. With an ambitious growth plan, this role will have the autonomy and accountability to achieve the commercial objectives and strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Deploying the company’s category vision in pharma France
  2. Implementing the hybrid model with our French pharma distributor by increasing our network with key customers
  3. Increasing our numeric and weighted distribution in Pharma France
  4. Listing new products with existing customers
  5. Developing new channels in France for our brand (Kiosks, catering, duty free, petrol stations, elderly, kindergartens, sports stores)
  6. Ensuring accurate and timely sales forecasting, stock levels, and pipeline management
  7. Developing the client network at all levels in France
  8. Collaborating with different functions to develop the business and execute sales strategies
  9. Managing strategic accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  10. Managing day-to-day business operations with partners
  11. Following up on marketing activities with the brand activation team
  12. Analyzing performance and developing action plans to grow sales
  13. Monitoring competition and market intelligence
  14. Providing shopper and category insights for in-store activities
  15. Using business analytics to influence decision-making at top levels

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sales from a business school or university, with at least 8 years of sales experience, including negotiation and field management in the French pharma market. Experience with distributors and knowledge of other channels are advantages.

Ideal candidates are agile, entrepreneurial, ambitious, resilient, proactive, motivated, and committed. They enjoy building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Fluency in English and French is required due to the international scope of the role.
