Our client is an international group, developing its activity with the aim of creating new products that clean and care for their consumers’ children.
Until now, the company has been working with a major Pharma distributor to ensure the presence of its brands on the French market. To gain market shares, we are looking for a Business Development Manager M/F to oversee and execute the commercial strategy with this distributor and develop new channels to diversify the company’s targets.
You will report directly to the Sales Director. With an ambitious growth plan, this role will have the autonomy and accountability to achieve the commercial objectives and strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sales from a business school or university, with at least 8 years of sales experience, including negotiation and field management in the French pharma market. Experience with distributors and knowledge of other channels are advantages.
Ideal candidates are agile, entrepreneurial, ambitious, resilient, proactive, motivated, and committed. They enjoy building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Fluency in English and French is required due to the international scope of the role.
