Business Development Manager (Dynamics & SAP)

Up to £80,000 base + commission

Fully Remote with travel to London for conferences

Troi Search have partnered with a boutique ERP Consultancy who specialise in Dynamics & SAP in their search for a Business Development Leader, to be their first internal sales hire. This role is focused on the SME & Enterprise market in the UK & Europe and we're looking for an experience sales leader who ideally has a good understanding of the ERP market.

This is a remote role, though you will be expected to attend regular events in London. These events are hosted by the sister company of my client, with multiple technology executives in attendance, so it's a great opportunity to network with prospective customers.

What you'll get up to
  • Targeting organisations in the SME & Enterprise markets, selling a broad range of ERP solutions
  • Attending regular tech conferences, hosted by this consultancy's sister company, where you will meet face to face with technology executives and prospective customers
  • As the company's first dedicated sales hire, you will be responsible for growing a team as business increases
What you'll need to be successful
  • Track record of achieving annual sales targets in excess of £500k
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics & SAP technologies, ideally with existing networks
  • Excellent communication skills and experience selling in-person
  • Ability to source & close your own leads
