Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support the growth and execution of our Android and Windows tablet strategy in the commercial market in France. This role is key in driving sales and market penetration for our tablet portfolio, working closely with local teams and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the implementation and execution of the tablet business strategy for the commercial market in France (Large Accounts and Public Sector).
  2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Monitor and analyze market performance: sales, product adoption, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  4. Participate in organizing and leading weekly follow-up meetings with local and international stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to the development of sales forecasts in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams.
  6. Assist in managing promotional budgets and pricing strategies to drive tablet adoption.
  7. Support the organization of customer events, demos, and product presentations.

Profile Sought:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management, ideally in the IT or mobility sector.
  • Good understanding of the tablet market and various commercial customer segments.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
