Job Description
  1. Work from our Paris office as this is an onsite role.
  2. Manage a large volume of daily outbound interactions with prospective customers via phone, email, and other media channels to raise interest, qualify leads, educate prospects, and connect them with our sales teams to achieve regional revenue targets as an individual contributor.
  3. Develop and manage your lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing, and moving multiple prospective clients simultaneously.
  4. Define and execute plans to meet and exceed your role-based goals.
  5. Engage with senior managers across marketing, sales, and operations to design and execute campaigns.
  6. Continuously improve internal and external processes.
  7. Utilize resources effectively, including marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams, to meet objectives.
  8. Become an advocate for our brand and an expert in customer service and CRM.
  9. Provide regular pipeline reports and conduct forecasting exercises.
Qualifications
  1. Ideally, first experience in sales or business development, or equivalent practical experience in high-velocity sales environments. Cloud software sales experience is a plus.
  2. Experience with the French Market.
  3. Fast learner, driven to action, passionate about sales, customer service, and CRM tools.
  4. Enthusiastic about helping clients, with high goal and customer orientation, self-motivation, charm, friendly persistence, excellent communication skills, and strong team collaboration.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally dispersed environment.
  6. Native level written and oral communication skills in French. Additional EU languages are a plus.
