Business Development Manager – Transplant Care

Location: France

After successful development of the portfolio in the US, Getinge is excited to introduce the Paragonix Transplant Care (TC) portfolio to the European market. You can be part of this journey! The Transplant Care portfolio is transforming transplantation with innovative systems that better protect human organs during transplantation.

We are recruiting for a newly created Business Development role covering Transplant Care across France. In this field-based position, you will be responsible for all commercial activities for Transplant Care in the region, providing expert knowledge, building strong business relationships, and supporting implementation and end users.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targets focused on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and contracts for potential customers.
  • Drive new business initiatives, gather marketing intelligence, manage projects, and assess feasibility of TC opportunities.
  • Maximize order intake, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate forecasts and analyze win/loss data.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate sales.
  • Make daily hospital visits to relevant accounts.
  • Attend domestic and international workshops, congresses, and symposia related to TC.
  • Collaborate with domestic entities involved in organ procurement, transplantation, and reimbursement, in liaison with OUS Product Management.
  • Create innovative sales methods to accelerate customer engagement.

What you bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably in cardiothoracic/cardiac or abdominal areas within TC.
  • Experience in new business development and sales in the medical device market.
  • Clinical or technical background in TC is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel daily within France and internationally (~15%).
  • Legal right to work and live in France, with a valid French driver’s license.
