Job Description:

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing customers and partners, and negotiating and closing deals. All activities should align with the company's strategy and brand image.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct interviews, organize in-person events, and communicate with potential customers to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop value propositions.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop targeted marketing campaigns for research tool markets and diagnostic markets, respecting the scientific mindset of biologists.
  • Web Presence & Communications: Manage the company website and social media pages, track KPIs, optimize SEO, and provide digital marketing expertise.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Drive revenue growth through pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and provide insights to the R&D team.

We seek a trustworthy, committed, and compassionate professional with initiative, self-drive, and the ability to make a high impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or communications. Demonstrated key achievements are valued. Startup experience and a background in molecular biology or biotech are pluses.
