Qualifications

Description du poste

You are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing customers and partners, and negotiating and closing deals. All actions should align with the company's strategy and brand image.

Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research & Analysis: Arrange interviews and organize in-person events to communicate with potential customers, understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop value propositions.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Develop marketing campaigns targeting biologists in research tool and diagnostic markets with tailored approaches that respect their scientific mindset.
  3. Web Presence & Communications: Manage the company website and social media, track KPIs, optimize content for SEO, and provide expertise in digital marketing technologies.
  4. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
  5. Sales & Negotiation: Work with the CEO to drive revenue through pitching, closing deals, and contract negotiations.
  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and provide insights to the R&D team.
Candidate Profile:
  • Trustworthy, committed, and compassionate Business Development / Marketing & Communication expert.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of making a high impact.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or communications.
  • Ability to list at least 3 key professional achievements.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Background or experience in molecular biology, biotech reagents, or collaboration with academic labs is a plus.
