We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist with experience or strong interest in the agency landscape, who will play a key role in driving client growth, developing strategic partnerships, and representing our services globally.

What You’ll Do

Identify, approach, and connect with potential clients, agencies, and strategic partners

Pitch agency services: KOL/influencer marketing, creative production, PR activations, and campaigns

Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative, problem-solving approach

Lead proposal development, pricing, and negotiation to close deals

Coordinate with internal teams (KOL, creative, marketing) to ensure smooth execution

Report and analyze business development performance, trends, and insights

Stay updated on digital and influencer marketing industry trends

Requirements

Based in Jakarta or Bali, or willing to relocate

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

Strong presentation and communication skills

Previous experience in agency, KOL/influencer marketing, media, brand partnerships, or related fields

Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven

Able and willing to travel for business, including international trips
