Position Overview: Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to support our expansion in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and driving new business. If you enjoy connecting with people, closing deals, and being at the front line of a fast-growing digital agency, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Partnerships
   • Identify and approach potential clients and partners across Southeast Asia
   • Develop and pitch tailored proposals and service presentations
   • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
2. Market Research & Strategy
   • Analyze market trends and competitors to discover new opportunities
   • Collaborate with internal teams to align services with market needs
   • Manage and track the sales funnel from lead generation to closing
   • Set and achieve monthly business development targets
   • Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams
   • Provide client insights to improve service offerings and campaign strategies

Requirements

1. Education & Experience
   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
   • 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (digital/marketing agency is a plus)
2. Skills
   • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
   • Strong understanding of sales process and client relationship management
   • Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and presentations
   • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
3. Mindset
   • Self-starter with a proactive attitude
   • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
   • Passion for digital, tech, and global business
