Sungrow Europe recherche un stagiaire en développement commercial pour soutenir la croissance de sa division de recharge EV en France. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez la responsabilité de mener des recherches de marché, de générer des pistes commerciales, et d'assister l'équipe commerciale dans diverses tâches. Vous rejoindrez une entreprise de technologie verte innovante, avec des opportunités d'apprentissage et un environnement de travail flexible.

Qualifications

  • Formation Master en Business, Vente, Marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise (C1).
  • Expérience préalable en développement commercial ou génération de leads est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Effectuer des recherches de marché pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Construire et maintenir une base de données qualifiée de prospects.
  • Assister l'équipe commerciale dans la préparation des présentations et propositions.

Description du poste

Sungrow is a global leader in renewable energy solutions offering cutting-edge technology in solar inverters energy storage systems and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Our EV Charging division is growing fast in France with a mission to accelerate the transition to clean mobility by providing smart reliable and scalable charging solutions.

As a Business Development Intern you will actively support the growth of our EV Charging business in France. You will work closely with the Sales teams to identify new opportunities generate qualified leads and set up meetings with potential clients across various sectors (retail fleet logistics etc.).

Key responsabilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects
  • Reach out to potential clients via email LinkedIn and phone
  • Schedule meetings and support the pre-sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations and proposals
  • Support marketing and business development campaigns
  • Track performance metrics (e.g. lead conversion rate meetings booked)

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated and business-minded individual who is eager to take part in the growth of our EV Charging division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building relationships and wants to make a tangible impact in the energy transition.

You have :

  • A Masters level education (Bac4 / 5) in Business Sales Marketing or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (C1)
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • A strong interest in clean mobility renewable energy or technology sectors
  • Good command of digital tools (Excel CRM LinkedIn etc.)
  • Prior experience in business development or lead generation is a plus
