WHAT

Since 2016, Tilli gives all market players access to Care and Repair solutions, enhancing local craftsmanship. Tilli is a close-knit family of 850 daily active makers all over France and Europe, working daily to maintain and prolong the life of everyday objects.

Tilli reconnects consumers and brands with the know-how of makers to REPAIR, ADJUST, and REINVENT.

Our mission extends as a global Care belief. First, we're rebuilding essential relationships between sellers, artisans, and clients by providing employment and working locally to reignite people's attachment to their products. We're actively contributing to environmental sustainability by extending product lifecycles.

We cover all types of garment products (textile, home linen, shoes, and accessories) in omnichannel (in shops and online) all over Europe through our artisans' network and ateliers.

Our complete solution goes from care service at selling time to aftercare solutions to extend the life of the product.

As part of our European expansion, we are looking for support in our Ops Team to drive success in matching offer to our growing demand across Europe (12 opened countries).

HOW TILLI OPERATES

To meet this challenge, we built Tilli on two pillars: CRAFT and TECH.

With Tilli, technology serves your trade. Our platform facilitates connections allowing artisans to connect directly with consumers and our network of over 50 partner brands (Zara, Tara Jarmon, Ba&sh;sh, etc.). We provide valuable support in managing your business with a dedicated team at your service.

Tilli offers two types of varied services tailored to different consumer needs:

  1. Athome service giving customers access to our network of independent makers working in their workshops, providing hyperlocal service.
  2. Instore service through the sales staff of our partner brands to repair and adjust their customers' products.

Other occasional missions, from training among artisans to fixed-price services for events, are also offered to foster the desire to maintain and contribute to promoting Care and Repair.

Job Description

Our team currently consists of 25 people, including 6 in the Ops team and 5 in our workshops.

We're looking for a mature profile capable of joining our adventure to keep pace with our growth. The market is undergoing significant changes, and we have many incoming leads to manage and follow up on daily. CRAFT at SCALE!

First of all, being comfortable with English is essential for daily communication (by phone, not just in writing) with craftspeople and workshops from all European countries.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Processing incoming leads and conversion.
  2. Reporting and problem-solving methodology.
  3. Contributing to continuous improvement: quality, deadlines, productivity, user satisfaction.
  4. Monitoring, identifying, and creating links with key local organizations and partners to develop our network of artisans and merchants.
  5. Understanding the local environment on certain legal issues as well as operational matters such as payments and transportation.

Your evolution within Tilli: We will support you to help you evolve within Tilli in a constructive way so that you become familiar with our processes. Learning will take the form of levels to pass associated with skill development;
