Your Strategic Partner for HR, Payroll & Headhunting Solutions

We are looking for a Freelance Business Developer with a strong hunter mindset and a proven track record in B2B consultative sales within the technology sector, particularly in DevOps and Solution Architecture.

This is a commission-based role focused on acquiring new clients—especially startups and growing companies—looking to scale and optimize their infrastructure and tech processes.

This high-impact, autonomous position requires initiative, creativity, and ownership to drive success. The ideal candidate is skilled in consultative sales and proactive in developing sales tools like brochures and presentations to enhance outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients aligned with DevOps and Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure effective conversions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and advise clients on DevOps and Solution Architecture services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, establishing long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals meet customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and provide reporting.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in DevOps, Cloud, or SaaS solutions for startups.
  • A 100% hunter mindset with a proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to sell consulting services to CTOs, founders, and tech teams.
  • Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) with success in high-value contract closures.
  • Understanding of the startup ecosystem and its technological needs.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar.
  • Strong autonomy to design sales strategies and deliver results independently.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Results-driven with excellent negotiation skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling DevOps, Cloud, or infrastructure automation services.
  • Existing network in startups or growing companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
