Your Mission
You'll be the engine of our growth — driving sourcing, marketing, sales, and networking to bring new clients and opportunities to TAHO AI across Europe and worldwide.
You'll work directly with the founder to turn leads into long-term partnerships.
This is entrepreneurship inside a startup; you'll shape our growth strategy and execute it end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify high-potential B2B targets (startup founders, CTOs, product leaders)
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events, networking, communities)
- Grow and maintain our brand presence (content, case studies, social media, online reputation)
- Craft sales materials: pitches, proposals, and tailored closing strategies
- Drive the entire sales cycle: lead, qualify, pitch, close, onboard
- Track KPIs and continuously improve sourcing & marketing tactics
- Stay on top of AI & startup trends to spark relevant conversations with prospects
- Bring new ideas to grow faster: test, learn, and iterate
Must-have
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sourcing, or growth marketing
- Genuine passion for AI, startups, and tech innovation
- Hands-on skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead-gen tools
- Ability to write compelling outreach messages and content
- Creative thinker who can combine sourcing, marketing, and closing
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, resilient, results-driven, and creative in finding opportunities
Nice-to-have
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, or AI solutions
- Skills in content creation (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, visuals, email campaigns)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience organising or participating in startup/tech events

Compensation
- Freelance or short-term contract to start (1-3 months trial period)
- Retainer + high commissions: the more you close, the more you earn
- 10-15% commission on the first month invoice of any deal closed
