About the role…

YOOBIC is seeking a talented, driven individual to join our team in Paris on a 6 month internship. Whether you're a quick-learning graduate looking to kick-start your career or an experienced professional ready to elevate client engagement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to assist and lead in the sales process. You will play a crucial role in shaping frontline transformation strategies and supporting our sales cycle.

Responsibilities :

  1. Collaborate with the Sales team on the biggest opportunities, qualify opportunities, develop criteria, and craft closure plans.
  2. Analyse customer content, technical and commercial requirements, diagnose needs, to propose suitable solutions to meet client objectives and create compelling demonstration materials.
  3. Strategize on the structure of the problem solving approach including our functional solution, demonstration story based on market trends, competitive advantages and value propositions.
  4. Build comprehensive materials and implement new tools that help the global sales team showcase the strengths of the product. Create content to help potential customers understand the product without requiring full demo meetings.
  5. Partner with internal teams (Product, R&D, Professional Services) to refine product features and offerings based on client feedback.

What we’re looking for…

  • Experience and Skills :

Graduates or students from top-tier French schools with a passion for innovation, technology, and start-up culture.

Professionals experienced in closing Enterprise-level deals (£100K+ ACV).

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of management, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.

Multilingual proficiency required in French and English

  • Mindset and Attributes :

Creative problem solver with the ability to grasp technical details and present them simply.

Enthusiastic learner, self-motivated, and highly organized.

Ability to thrive in an international environment, adapting to various languages, cultures, and working styles.

A collaborative spirit with a solutions-driven mindset, capable of pushing boundaries to achieve more.

  • Additional Skills :

Spanish and / or Italian are a plus.

Knowledge of industry (Retail, QSR, Hospitality).
