We are looking for an experienced professional to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and recently acquired Cremo Grooming, to name a few!).

As a Business Developer for ECB (Edgewell Custom Brands) France, you will play a key role in driving growth in the Private Label shaving category. Working closely with the Senior KAM, you will support the execution of commercial strategies and manage a portfolio of retail customers. You will act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring seamless coordination across departments including Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.

Here's a sample of what you'll get up to:
  • Support the Senior KAM in tracking commercial performance and service levels across ECB France.
  • Analyze weekly sales data and update commercial trackers; conduct gap analyses.
  • Ensure customer service levels meet expectations in collaboration with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of retail customers with direct responsibility for revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure timely activation of product assortments and promotional plans in customer systems.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning to maintain accurate forecasts for permanent and promotional ranges.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and market share within your accounts.
  • Strengthen customer preference for Edgewell as a Private Label shaving supplier.
  • Assist in resolving delivery or payment disputes in coordination with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable.
  • Lead project management for new product launches or changes in customer portfolios under the guidance of the Senior KAM.
  • Brief the technical team and monitor development timelines and quality.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects in line with customer expectations and internal standards.

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG (Sales, Marketing, or Category Management).
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.
  • Project management capabilities with adaptability and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with SAP and PROMAX is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
