Description du poste

You will manage wind farm development within a designated geographic area, collaborating with local officials, landowners, and agricultural operators. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting commercial activities and securing land contracts with landowners and farmers for wind turbine installations.
    • Preparing and conducting sales meetings, and closing private contracts.
    • Renewing notarial leases for wind turbine installations.
    • Monitoring land partner files through to construction.
  • Acting as a liaison with key local stakeholders (elected officials, associations, residents, local businesses) to gain support for projects.
    • Networking and lobbying activities.
    • Representing the company at municipal councils and conducting information and consultation meetings at Town Halls.
  • After training in commercial and development aspects of wind projects, you will become the primary contact in your area, supported by the team for back-office tasks and equipped with necessary tools.
  • Collaborating with project managers/study officers for certain actions.

Travel Requirements:

  • Regular travel within the Grand-Est region, approximately 2 to 3 days per week, with possible overnight stays.

  • Familiarity with the rural sector.

  • Autonomous, resourceful, and dynamic.
