About SolideFinance

SolideFinance is a pioneering fintech startup revolutionizing cross-border payments with blockchain technology. We aim to become the global standard for international payments.

As a winner of the prestigious 50Partners incubation program, the startup launched in June 2024 the world’s first Automated Market Maker (AMM) KYC solution for financial institutions and payment platforms. Our technology significantly reduces FX transaction costs, achieving T+0 settlements with no intermediary fees. After initial success in USD/EUR, we plan to expand to GBP, JPY, and CHF corridors by 2025.

Position Overview

As we enter a new growth phase and a strategic funding round, we are seeking a Business Developer to support our commercial team in establishing partnerships with banks, payment institutions, accounting software providers, and treasury management systems across Europe.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and expand a portfolio of B2B prospects, focusing on European markets.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within financial institutions and software providers.
  3. Manage leads generated by the acquisition team and convert them into strategic partnerships.
  4. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals successfully.
  5. Contribute to improving our sales strategies and CRM processes.
  6. Assist in communication efforts on SolideFinance’s social media channels.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B2 business development, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or payments.
  • Strong understanding of payment and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with high-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
