We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development (BD) Manager to join our dynamic and supportive teams in Europe and the UK. This role will play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, securing new partnerships, and strengthening client relationships.
As a BD Manager, you will:
Essential qualifications:
A degree in a relevant scientific field
Min. 5 years of experience in the Biocides and/or REACh regulatory sectors within the EU
In-depth understanding of EU regulatory procedures (to advise clients effectively)
Strong client-facing experience and ability to build trusted relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Team spirit and a collaborative mindset in an international environment
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Desirable skills:
Familiarity with other regulatory frameworks (e.g. ‘REACH-like’, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, plant protection, fertilizers, biostimulants)
Experience with tools like IUCLID
