Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur de la stratégie axée sur les données, fournissant des analyses et des insights essentiels pour soutenir les équipes commerciales et publicitaires. Vous aurez l'opportunité de surveiller les KPIs, d'optimiser les revenus publicitaires et de collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour développer de nouveaux programmes. Qualifications

• 2+ ans d'expérience en analyse quantitative/statistique, idéalement dans l'industrie des publicités.
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et en communication pour influencer les décisions commerciales.

Responsabilités

• Fournir des analyses pour optimiser les revenus publicitaires programmatiques.
• Construire des actifs analytiques pour surveiller les performances des nouvelles initiatives.

Job Description

As a Business Data Analyst, you will be at the core of Dailymotion’s data-driven strategy. You will be part of the Operational Insights team, whose mission is to empower sales, ad-operations, and publisher teams with the right insights and assets to make data-driven decisions and contribute to Dailymotion’s growth.

Your main goal will be to provide insights to product, business, and ad-operations teams to support the success of transversal programs and partnership teams to optimize programmatic ads revenue.

Partnership revenue optimization:

• Monitor frequently the main KPIs and enhance team responsiveness to quickly identify and address issues.
• Perform regular advanced analysis of our programmatic ads revenue to understand the trends and detect growth opportunities.
• Empower publisher teams with insights on programmatic ads demand to maximize publishers’ monetization.

Data analytics support to transversal programs:

• Build analytical assets (dashboards, datamarts,…) to monitor the release and performances of new initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive ad-hoc analyses to support the product/business/ad-ops teams in the development and implementation of new programs.
• Partner with data engineering/data product teams to ensure the accurate tracking of new products and their integration into the Dailymotion data assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quantitative/statistical analysis experience (data analyst, business analyst…); Experience in the ads industry highly appreciated but not required.
• 2+ years experience with SQL and a data visualization tool like Looker, Datastudio, Tableau… Python is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills: Capacity to understand the business needs, leverage our large and complex dataset to find the appropriate insights and recommendations to solve the business needs.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain and synthesize analytics work to a large audience, ability to foster strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, ability to advocate your findings and influence business decisions.
• Great sense of ownership: Capacity to be proactive and autonomous with a willingness to get things done.
• Adaptability and reactivity to shifting priorities and deadlines in a constantly evolving ad-tech industry.
• Fluent English (written and oral).
