A leading global logistics provider is seeking a Business Controlling Manager to support various management control activities, including budgeting and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Controlling Manager in management control activities, including budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation between general and management accounting within their area of competence;
- Ensure the correct application of procedures to guarantee transparency, consistency, and reliability of economic data;
- Assist in drafting the budget in accordance with Group rules and top management strategies, and support reporting to top management within established timelines and methods;
- Support management in data collection and identifying corrective actions for budget deviations;
- Monitor the progress of action plans against objectives, prepare periodic reports, and highlight deviations critically.
