1. International Recruitment

• Identify and approach potential candidates
• Analyze and evaluate candidates' qualifications
• Conduct proactive cold calling to leverage data and opportunities
• Perform phone interviews, refine processes, and build diverse talent pools
• Present top candidates to our consultants
• Manage the full cycle from sourcing to closing
• Identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive mission success

2. International Business Strategy

• Participate in strategic and operational projects to enhance business models
• Analyze markets and sectors, and communicate findings to consultants
• Build market intelligence on missions and business development
• Assist in planning and organizing strategic initiatives
• Develop new global opportunities with our team

Your ability to integrate our methodology will be key to potential evolution towards a permanent role.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Student in BAC + 4/5 business school or university
• 6-month internship suitable for a gap year or final year of studies
• Curious, analytical, rigorous, supportive, adaptable to international environments
• Fluent in English
• Autonomous, team-oriented, solution-focused, entrepreneurial, creative
• Open to a full-time position in executive recruitment after the internship
