Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice to help Life Sciences customers transform operating models with advanced technology and data.

You’ll work beyond slides and theory to deliver tangible, scalable execution that accelerates patient access to treatments. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, mentor Associate Consultants, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality customer solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Expertise in Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, or Segmentation and targeting.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of life sciences experience, or a recent advanced degree, or a military background as a pathway to Master Class.

The Role

As a Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry’s most advanced technology, AI and data. Unlike traditional firms, we move beyond "slides and theory" to deliver tangible, scalable execution that others simply cannot replicate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in one of: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Compensation

• Total compensation: 63,000 - 95,000EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
