Business Collaboration Delivery Manager H / F

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Business Collaboration Applications Owner to lead the delivery and integration of collaborative digital solutions within GEODIS. This role will be critical in driving a transversal management of our collaborative assets. This will cover both the optimization of key platforms such as Microsoft 365 or the Atlassian stack and the implementation of new ones such as the Group's ECM (Enterprise Content Management) system or DAP (Digital Adoption Platform). The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the efficient deployment and support of these tools to enhance productivity, process harmonization and communication across all departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Delivery : Oversee the end-to-end delivery of collaborative platforms, focusing on the Microsoft 365 suite, ECM systems, and Atlassian stack. Set up Roadmaps for each of these platforms ensuring alignment with the Group's digital strategy and business goals.
  2. Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand their needs, propose effective solutions, and manage expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  3. Project Management : Lead multiple cross-functional projects to deploy or enhance collaboration tools, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Manage risks and set appropriate mitigation plans. Set the appropriate governance to ensure topics follow up and decision making.
  4. Adoption and Change Management : Develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption and ensure smooth change management across all levels of the organization.
  5. Continuous Improvement : Monitor and analyze the usage of collaboration tools, identifying opportunities for improvements, new functionalities, and process optimizations.
  6. Vendor and Partner Management : Collaborate with external partners and vendors to manage licenses, contracts, and service levels for the delivery of Microsoft 365, ECM, and Atlassian solutions.
  7. Governance and Security : Ensure that all collaboration tools comply with the company's security, privacy, and compliance policies, working closely with the IT security and compliance teams.
  8. Communication : Ensure regular and formalized communication and reporting on roadmaps, ongoing projects and activities.
  9. Budget : Ensure budget forecast and capacity management.
  10. People Management : Coordinate people activities, define individual and collective objectives, and support people to succeed in their respective missions.

Key Qualifications :

  1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or delivery, with a focus on collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, ECM, Atlassian).
  3. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, hands-on experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.), and knowledge of cloud-based collaboration technologies.
  4. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a complex, multinational environment.
  5. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
