Job Description

Within the IT CIB - Trade Finance team, you join the Risk Management team which is composed of several Business Analysts and Developers. In this team, we are working to develop an internal risk management solution for the Global Trade sector, by implementing Middle Office risk tracking tools on the Corporate and Commodity segments for the trade finance activity (credits, documentary rebates, guarantees, Supply Chain Finance).

Your daily tasks are :

• Manage project activities : definition of objectives, analysis of existing and future processes, detailed design (integration of specific software packages or developments such as UML, MERISE, mock-ups, Proof of Concept / MVP, interfaces), support for developers, testing and validation, change management, and post-production follow-up;
• Manage maintenance activities : corrective and evolutionary maintenance, functional management of incidents, both on the current Information System (IS) and on the target SI developed as part of the project;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a good understanding of business needs;
• Participate in the drafting of functional and technical documentation;
• Provide training and support to end users.
