Job summary

Magellan Group is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to drive SAP implementation, S/4HANA migration, and enhancements for multinational clients. You will collaborate with finance departments to optimize Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash processes.

In this role, you will design solutions, lead testing phases, train key users, and share knowledge within Magellan's SAP community. A Bac+5 Master’s degree and 10+ years of SAP expertise are required.

To address these challenges, we support our clients from strategy definition through to operational implementation, combining business expertise, technological capabilities, and execution excellence.Joining Magellan means becoming part of a team of **6,700 dedicated professionals**, united by a shared commitment: understanding complex business challenges and delivering practical, actionable solutions tailored to real-world needs.Magellan was ranked **3rd Best Workplace in France (Great Place To Work 2024)** and **No. 1 company for career growth (LinkedIn Top Companies 2025)**.## What will your future assignments be like?As an **SAP FI/CO Consultant**, you will contribute to SAP implementation, S/4HANA migration, and application enhancement projects, working closely with finance departments across large enterprises and mid-sized companies.Functional Responsibilities* Lead requirements-gathering and scoping workshops with finance teams, covering accounting, management controlling, treasury, consolidation, and taxation.* Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.* Proactively identify opportunities to optimize financial processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash) and improve financial performance management.Solution Design and Implementation* **FI:** Configure General Ledger Accounting (New GL, ledgers, chart of accounts), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial closing processes.* **CO:** Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA / Margin Analysis), and cost allocations.* Support clients in implementing key S/4HANA Finance functionalities, including Universal Journal, Business Partner, and New Asset Accounting.* Coordinate testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing) and support end users through go-live.* Work closely with technical teams and other SAP functional areas (MM, SD, PP, PS) to ensure seamless integration.**Training and Knowledge Sharing*** Deliver training sessions for key users and develop supporting training materials.* Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within Magellan's SAP community.## What we expect from you...With a **Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or engineering school**, you have at least **10 years of technical expertise** in designing and managing SAP landscapes (ECC, BW, S/4HANA, etc.), gained within an SAP Center of Excellence or a large enterprise environment.* You have strong expertise in **SAP Basis administration across multiple SAP solutions** (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, BO, Solution Manager, Fiori, Web Dispatcher, etc.) and in managing SAP HANA 2.0 and Oracle 19c databases running on Exadata.* You have proven experience in **designing and implementing high-availability SAP architectures**.* You are proficient in **Unix/Linux (RHEL 8/9)**, Windows Server, and shell scripting for system administration and operations.* You have hands-on experience with **monitoring and automation tools**, including Focused Run / Focused Insights, SAP Cloud ALM, Wily Introscope, Centreon, and Ansible.* You have successfully **led technical projects involving multiple stakeholders**, including application maintenance teams (AMS), software vendors, and infrastructure teams.* You demonstrate strong **analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and excellent technical documentation and communication abilities**.Required Certification* **SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade**Preferred CertificationsAdditional SAP certifications, such as **SAP BTP, SAP Enterprise Architect, RISE with SAP, or SAP Activate**, would be a significant advantage for our upcoming projects.## Further informationBy joining Magellan, you will become part of multidisciplinary teams and contribute to impactful projects at the heart of major transformations, including generative AI, intelligent platforms, and social and environmental challenges.**What Magellan offers you:** a people-focused, rewarding, and enriching professional experience that fosters continuous learning and personal growth.### Summary#### Contract typePermanent contract#### SalaryBased on experience#### LocationParis## ApplyDo your ambitions match our values?Don't hesitate any longer.I am applying for this Job
