Your Impact

You’ll work in teams of 3–5 consultants, actively participating in all aspects of client engagement.

This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, developing recommendations, and communicating findings. You’ll also present results to client management and collaborate on implementing solutions.

You'll develop new skills and strengthen your existing ones. Business Analysts Interns (BA) receive exceptional training, coaching, and mentoring. Additionally, your local office will assist in selecting projects to help you develop skills and expand your network.

This internship offers first-hand consulting experience at McKinsey. At the end, you may be invited to join as a full-time Business Analyst after graduation.

You will join as a Business Analyst Intern in our Paris office for 6 months, working with McKinsey Digital on projects ranging from IT modernization to digital transformation across industries and functions.

As part of McKinsey Digital, you’ll work on digital strategy, IT modernization, Agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and more, collaborating with teams worldwide to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Your qualifications and skills

• Outstanding academic achievement
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program
• Studying in a Master Grande Ecole, Master of Engineering, or MSc in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
• Initiative-taking, resourcefulness, curiosity, high energy, and maturity
• Fluent in French and English
