Location: Paris (Hybrid - 1/2 Days a Week on Site)Role Overview
I'm pleased to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative organisation to recruit a bilingual Senior Business Analyst. This role is designed to drive business improvements and enhance operational efficiency, particularly within Order to Cash operations and invoicing across France and Europe South.

This position requires a proactive and engaged approach, working closely with teams across the business to obtain first-hand understanding of operations. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct detailed business analysis, identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and implement effective changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively build first-hand business & system understanding to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships, challenge thinking with the right questions, and champion the BA team as a trusted, value-adding partner.
• Drive improvements in Order to Cash workflows and optimise ERP system usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business needs.
• Lead engaging workshops, bringing leadership and users together to capture clear, actionable requirements.
• Work cross-functionally to support change initiatives from inception through implementation using various methodologies.

Key Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash operations, invoicing, and ERP systems.
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills with a logical, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
• A self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and time effectively.
• Experience with various business analysis methodologies and frameworks relevant to French and European markets.
