A leading company seeks a Business Analyst to enhance clinical research technologies. Medidata follows a hybrid office policy in which employees who are hired for an in-person position are expected to work on site a certain number of days per week in accordance with Company policy.

The Business Analyst is an important role in a dynamic team of product managers, software engineers, quality assurance managers, and business experts. The Clinical Data Studio Business Analyst supports a suite of clinical research leading technology to power a wide range of operational users responsible for ensuring data quality and patient safety. The Business Analyst works closely with multidisciplinary teams to continue to enhance the capabilities of the Clinical Data Studio, the next generation of Medidata experiences.
We are looking for a candidate who wants to understand how the solutions he / she is helping to design fit into the big picture and is energized by working with professionals that share the same mindset. The Business Analyst will be reporting to our Director, Product Management. Experience in designing, developing or implementing SaaS solutions as is familiarity with programming languages, data visualization, and clinical research.

As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $79,500-$106,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $84,000-$112,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $70,125-$93,500.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $71,250-$95,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
