Job summary

IMPACT CONSULTANTS is looking for a Business Analyst in France. You will translate business needs into functional requirements, document business processes and user journeys, and define acceptance criteria for new functionalities.

The position requires a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of BA experience, with English and French fluency, based in Paris on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Salary will be defined by education and experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in business, engineering or information systems.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and product stakeholders to translate needs into clear functional requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation covering processes, journeys, features and system interactions.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for delivery and validation of new functionalities.
• Analyse gaps between needs and solutions and help define target operating processes.
• Participate in backlog refinement and discuss priorities and scope.
• Support testing approach and ensure business requirements are covered in validation.
• Prepare and execute functional test scenarios and analyze issues.
• Track progress and share knowledge within the BA team.
