Contextualization:

As a Business Analyst, you will develop a broad understanding of our business units, including an end-to-end perspective, business orientation, sharing of best practices, optimization, and cost efficiencies. Your role will support the PMO of the CEO Europe by providing timely and accurate information, fostering an environment that enables informed decision-making across various areas for the CEO Europe.

Missions

Mission 1 : Business analysis support

  • Provide support in conducting retrospective and prospective analysis on different topics identified by the CEO Europe, the PMO or by yourself. Assist in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data to provide rationale for insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Support Internal Benchmark Analysis: assist in the leadership and updating of internal benchmark analysis between European entities on various topics to improve organization, particularly in cost optimization and efficiencies. Contribute to the financial alignment of our network.
  • Enhance BU Reporting and Follow-Up: Support the improvement of BU reporting and follow-up, especially regarding key data and user friendly templates (e.g., monthly reports, etc.) conjointly with the Finance Department and all other stakeholders.
  • Support/assist the BU business reviews and their monitoring to ensure alignment with decisions taken.

Mission 2 : Project management support

  • Assist in projects/initiatives as directed by the CEO Europe requiring project management skills and analysis.
  • Support the monitoring of project performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Assist in coordination of resources allocation and project prioritization

Mission 3 : Bodies meeting support

  • Provide support in preparing for bodies (i.e., Cluster EOB, Extended EOB, ExCom, Board of Directors, etc.) with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery with stakeholders. Facilitate internal communication, actively breaking down silos and connecting stakeholders.

Profile :

  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Project management skills
  • Proactive, agile, rigorous, and organized.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Business partner mindset.
  • Fluent in English/French. The working language will be mainly English.
  • German / Spanish is a plus
