Qualifications

• 1-3 ans d'expérience en tant que Quantity Surveyor ou dans un rôle similaire en gestion des coûts.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

• Transitionner de l'ingénierie QS vers la gestion de coûts.

This is your chance to evolve from a Quantity Surveyor into a client-facing Cost Manager. Our client, a leading European consultancy in construction and real estate, is offering a rare opportunity for an early-career QS to step into a more commercial, strategic role. Based in the Paris region with a flexible hybrid setup, you'll be part of a dynamic, international team delivering high-impact hospitality and real estate projects across Europe.

1. Transition from technical QS work into full-lifecycle cost management.
2. Work closely with international clients and senior stakeholders.
3. Be supported by experienced Cost Managers as you expand your remit.
4. Join a consultancy shaping luxury hospitality and urban development across 16+ countries.
5. Work from the office, home, and client sites with autonomy.
6. Collaborate with senior Cost Managers to deliver work on time and to high standards.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar cost role.
• Proficiency in English & French.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
