BSS Delivery Director

Location : France (with international scope)

We are seeking a highly experienced BSS Delivery Director to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex, multi-country programs for Tier 1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs). This is a senior leadership role that requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, multi-country delivery teams across diverse geographies.
• Own full delivery accountability for Business Support Systems (BSS) and Digital Transformation programs.
• Drive financial planning, budget management, and P&L ownership of services.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of complex transformation projects across multiple markets.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with Tier 1 CSPs, acting as a strategic partner to their senior stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to large, multicultural teams.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven track record in leading large, complex, multi-country delivery programs in the telecoms sector.
• Strong experience in delivering BSS and / or Digital Transformation solutions into Tier 1 CSPs.
• Demonstrated capability in financial planning, P&L ownership, and commercial management.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at C-level.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong cultural awareness and experience working in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
