Must-Have Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Proficiency in scripting with modern programming languages, especially Python
• Practical experience in live production environments, including video encoding and streaming protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage small projects end-to-end and support larger productions
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and improve processes
• Handle budgets, resources, and supplier relationships, including RFP/RFI processes

Delivering Live Sports:

• Ensure high-quality live event delivery
• Respond swiftly to technical issues during broadcasts
• Maintain communication with teams and clients
• Prepare post-event reports

Innovate and Improve:

• Develop and test operational tools for efficiency
• Own operational systems and processes
• Create training materials and knowledge base articles

Team Collaboration:

• Onboard and train new team members
• Support colleagues during live events
• Collaborate across departments for seamless workflows

Ideal Candidate:

Technical Skills:

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure
• Background in development or technical support
• Scripting skills in Python or similar languages

Video Production Knowledge:

• Understanding of video encoding and formats
• Experience with contribution streaming protocols (e.g., SRT)
• Experience in live production environments
