Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon today has 80 employees and €20 million in revenue. In 2022, the company was acquired by Publicis with the aim of deploying Bizon in its subsidiaries to make it a global leader. Job Responsibilities
  1. Client Onboarding & Sales Operations
    • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration.
    • Facilitate contract processing and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
    • Support client account setup, including profile creation and service sheet management.
    • Assist in structuring and optimizing the sales process to improve efficiency.
  2. Project Management & Internal Coordination
    • Act as the key communication link between internal teams and clients to gather needs and feedback, both via email and in-person.
    • Coordinate meetings, agenda planning, and sales team schedules.
    • Organize travel logistics for the international division, including trade fairs and business trips.
  3. Consulting & Market Analysis
    • Contribute to brand and market analysis for RFPs and strategic decision-making.
    • Use tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, and Merchant Words to conduct competitive and keyword analysis.
    • Assist in formulating recommendations for sales strategy improvements.
  4. Administrative & Financial Support
    • Assist in administrative and accounting tasks, including financial tracking and reporting.
    • Support financial needs such as monitoring key sales figures and processing business-related expenses.
Minimum Requirements
  1. English level: C1
  2. Proficient in Excel and presentation tools like PPT/Google Slides
  3. Proven ability for active listening and information exploitation
  4. Strong communication skills to convey the right messages
  5. Rigorous, autonomous, dynamic, and proactive
  6. Bonus if you have worked on Hubspot
