Animaj recherche un/une stagiaire Arrière-Plan du PDG pour 6 mois à Paris afin d’assister le CEO dans les choix stratégiques, les relations investisseurs et le processus de levées de fonds. Vous participerez à des due diligences et à la stratégie opérationnelle, tout en révélant votre potentiel de founder.

Ce rôle exige une forte curiosité IA, une écriture claire et une capacité à penser et agir comme un opérateur.

Qualifications

• Avoir une forte orientation entrepreneuriale et un esprit founder.
• Esprit commercial et capacité à lire un P&L et suivre un processus M&A.
• Curiosité IA et goût pour automatiser le travail.
• Pensée claire et capacité à communiquer par écrit en anglais (et idéalement en français).
• Motivation à progresser rapidement vers des projets founders.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir les relations investisseurs, la préparation du conseil et la dataroom pour les levées de fonds.
• Conduire les processus M&A en collaboration avec le CEO ( sourcing, valorisation, due diligence, négociation, closing ).
• Concevoir la stratégie et les opérations: rapports mensuels, recrutement de cadres, préparation des réunions exécutives.
• Rendre le CEO plus efficace via l’automatisation et des systèmes scalables en utilisant des outils IA.

You see everything a founder sees. You make real calls. You own real outcomes.At the end, you leave: to start your own company, to join another founding team, or to take what you've learned wherever you want. You meet Animaj's investors and see how capital actually gets raised.* **M&A.** Animaj acquires IPs and companies. You run processes alongside the CEO — sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing.* **Strategy & operations.** Strategic memos, monthly reporting, senior-hire recruitment loops, exec meeting prep, the occasional fire. You see how a €175M-raised company actually runs.* **Leverage.** A real part of the job is making CEO 10x more effective — automating his recurring work, building systems so the CEO office scales. You'll use AI tools heavily (Claude, Cursor, n8n — you will have to learn what you don't know). You'll learn to run a company the way the next generation of CEOs will.## Preferred Experience* **Already wired to be a founder.** You've probably started something: a company, a side project that made money, a student org you ran like a startup. You don't ask for permission.* **Commercially sharp.** You can read a P&L, build a model, follow an M&A process. Prior VC, M&A, consulting, or (best) startup experience is a plus — but what matters is that you think like an operator.* **AI-curious and builder-minded.** You don't need to code. You need to be genuinely excited about using AI to 10x your output, and willing to learn fast. The candidates we'll hire have already played with Claude, Cursor, or similar tools on their own.* **Clear thinker, clear writer.** In English and ideally French.
