Dougs is seeking a Studio Lead to translate the company's strategic vision into a cohesive visual universe. You will manage a growing team and, in the short term, act as Studio Lead, championing a strong and recognizable visual identity.

You should bring 5 years of leadership experience in Fintech, Legaltech, or B2B SaaS, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong eye for motion and animation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Fintech, Legaltech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
• Strong aptitude for motion/animation is a plus.
