Job Description

The Brand Specialist plays an integral role within the sales team, driving initiatives to deliver intelligent, creative, and sustainable solutions to key retail and apparel accounts. This role involves supporting the team with accurate and timely reports, trend analysis, and data insights. The Brand Specialist maintains regular communication with clients to provide information, answer inquiries, and foster strong partnerships. They also manage internal account processes and best practices to meet and exceed sales targets. This position is ideal for an insightful, motivated individual with high potential and aspirations for a future sales career. Note: We need someone to cover a maternity leave for a minimum of 7 months.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Understanding clients’ business models and goals, and our role in enabling their success
2. Creating and maintaining inventory and sales reports
3. Resolving issues related to RBO, orders, quality, or deployment
4. Developing and maintaining program launch playbooks
5. Managing financial and RFID forecasts
6. Preparing sample boards and client presentations
7. Tracking rebates
8. Managing material forecasts for order readiness
9. Setting up clients for web ordering
10. Tracking compliance with waste management policies
11. Identifying ways to improve brand management efficiency through best practices and proactive needs assessment
12. Collaborating across teams to support sales growth
13. Leading brand management activities such as store audits, client meetings, and account planning for smaller accounts

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required, preferably in business management, marketing, or graphic arts
• Previous experience in the retail apparel industry is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Recent graduates interested in pursuing sales and marketing careers are encouraged to apply
