TikTok’s Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.Responsibilities: - Grow the business within the Luxury vertical - Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok - Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions - Help deepen penetration within brands - Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market - Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships - Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
Minimum Qualifications: - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals - Experience working within the Beauty vertical - Knowledge of the media landscape - Experience in digital and programmatic sales - Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations - Fluent in French and English Preferred Qualifications: - Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships within the Luxury industry. - App monetisation experience - Proactive and curious - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
