Position Overview:

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Arrow's vendors (IBM & Redhat), including sales & brand activity analysis, forecasting, pipeline and commit management, vendor closing, and Arrow coverage coordination. You will also oversee the Sales Team comprising Inside and Field Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and vendors by establishing and cultivating key contacts at target companies.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic business development plans.
  • Manage sales, marketing, and product teams to implement business initiatives.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor top sales and business development staff.
  • Provide market intelligence and develop market-specific sales strategies and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure execution of sales growth plans and drive results through demand identification and creation.

Job Complexity:

  • Manage and supervise a complex sales team.
  • Accountable for team performance and results within the discipline or function.
  • Adapt departmental plans to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and business plans; receive guidance from senior management.
  • Responsible for the budget, performance, and results of multiple small teams.
  • Exercise full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, and termination.
  • Address issues impacting beyond own team based on interdisciplinary knowledge.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in the IT sector is essential.
  • Experience in people management is mandatory.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Well-established local market connections are advantageous.
  • Interest in the latest technologies and IT trends.
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration and vendor/customer relations.
