Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in France seeks a Brand Expert to lead and empower Retailer teams with the iconic Charlotte Tilbury vision. You will coach artistry, product knowledge and brand values, while creating magical customer experiences across stores in your region.

You will drive events, promote services, and collaborate with retailers to ensure brand standards and elevated service. The role focuses on leadership, communication and delivering WOW moments for customers.

Qualifications

• Ambassador capable of coaching retailer teams on artistry and product knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focusing on the 'why' and taking risks to achieve wow results.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and KPI targets as set by your Manager
• Coach retailer’s teams to sell Charlotte Tilbury products to achieve weekly sales and KPI targets
• Own and facilitate mini events and pre booked services in store to promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience and magic service whilst delivering sales.
• Drive brand awareness and consideration by converting walk in customers to services, always delivering Charlotte’s magic service
• Utilise platforms provided by retailer to educate and engage teams with digital and video content
• Support visual merchandising, products layout, VM standards, testers, stock and feedback to your line manager
