Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join the Travel Retail team covering the Northern Europe region. You will build retailer relationships, manage a field team of store-based managers and artists, and oversee budgets while forecasting sales and market share.

Travel to the Magic Office and stores across the region is required. Ideal candidates bring broad experience in Retail or Sales Management, strong budget and data analysis skills, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Must travel within region and to Magic Office regularly (roughly 40/60 split).
• Extensive experience in Retail or Sales Management, Travel Retail desirable.
• Strong people focus and ability to develop teams.
• Proven track record in negotiations and influencing others.
• Target-focused and results-driven.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a structured approach.
• Excellent presentation skills and classroom delivery.
• Personable and approachable; builds rapport quickly.
• Self-starter; able to motivate oneself and others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt; agility is key.
• French language is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define development and growth strategies with Head of Travel Retail, Europe for designated accounts and implement in stores.
• Deliver sell-out in line with forecast commitments.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to drive brand awareness, performance, and market share across the region.
• Build strong relationships with retailer contacts to optimise brand presence and negotiate joint plans.
• Provide regular business updates and market insights between stores and the Magic Office.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and external strategy meetings with insights and action plans.
• Recruit and lead high-performing Retail teams for store launches.
• Set ambitious sales targets and motivate field teams.
• Ensure training needs are met and foster inclusion and engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing & VM to develop trade plans and campaigns.
• Forecast monthly staffing costs and manage budgets and travel expenses.
• Ensure in-store execution, stock availability, and price updates.
