Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You
This role is essential in streamlining processes, managing creative workflows, and ensuring clear communication across departments. You will drive structure and clarity throughout the production lifecycle—facilitating timely delivery of creative work that supports our marketing and e-commerce objectives.

Creative Briefing & Workflow Management
- Create and maintain standardised briefing templates to ensure clear an actionable creative input
- Implement efficient workflows to track the progress of creative requests from briefing to final delivery
- Monitor key project milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing and E-commerce teams to align on campaign timelines and asset needs
- Lead regular check-ins and communication loops with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Anticipate cross-team dependencies and resolve any potential blockers early
Production & Budget Oversight
- Develop and manage production calendars, aligning teams around key deadlines and shoot schedules
- Track and manage the production budget, ensuring cost control and financial accountability
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations within the studio, ensuring resources and tools are in place for creative execution
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Support the Head of Image in identifying and onboarding external production partners
- Maintain and manage a trusted network of freelancers and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and contracts for external collaborators
Must Have Requirements
- An experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in a creative department or agency
- Deep understanding of creative workflows, timelines, and production formats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interface effectively across teams
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and collaborative project delivery
- Highly professional and discreet, with sound judgement in handling sensitive and high-profile projects
- Prior experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
