Coty is offering an internship in global brand content production and project management based in Paris. You will gain hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, production and agency partners to deliver brand content at scale.

You are pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Project Management or a related field, have prior internship experience, and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Prior internship experience is expected.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interest in content production and brand communication.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots (briefs, moodboards, timelines, logistics).
• Manage production schedules and support timely delivery of content assets.
• Coordinate product availability, preparation and shipment for shoots.
• Support inventory management for products used in content productions.
• Develop creative briefs and production guidelines with marketing, creative and brand teams.
• Coordinate content projects from briefing through delivery and manage post-production workflows.
• Maintain Content Hub references, portfolios and presentations.
