Electra in Paris is seeking a Brand & Content Lead to drive our brand strategy across European markets. You will lead cross-market campaigns, work with creative and media agencies, and coordinate with country teams and HQ communications to ensure cohesive messaging.

You will also build an internal hub for brand content, oversee multi-market activations, and monitor campaign performance to optimize impact. This is a hybrid role with a Paris office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of brand marketing/brand strategy experience.
• Fluent English in a multi-country context; EV sector knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience managing creative, media and social agencies and multi-market campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve brand strategy to grow awareness and preference across markets.
• Build and govern brand and marketing content, including an internal hub for production.
• Coordinate with country marketing managers for local rollout of campaigns.
• Manage creative and media agencies: briefs, selection, and production follow-up.
• Track performance indicators for brand campaigns and content; adjust strategy accordingly.
