Dweet is opening its first corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris and seeks a Senior Style Advisor for a 12-month renewable assignment. The SSA will act as a brand ambassador, mentor peers, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory or service-led retail role in premium or omnichannel contexts, fluent French and English, and department store exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or service-led retail position.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Previous experience in a department store setting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a visible brand ambassador and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Provide styling advice and personalized service to exceed expectations.
• Drive sales, KPIs, and clienteling activities through CRM tools.
• Mentor junior Style Advisors and share product knowledge.
• Ensure store presentation, policies, and health & safety standards are met.
