Marimekko in Paris is seeking a Sales Associate to join our French retail team at the flagship store. You will engage customers, drive brand awareness and deliver an inspiring shopping experience.

Reporting to the Flagship Store Manager, you should have strong customer service, an interest in art and fashion, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. You will collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Work experience in customer service and retail sales.
• Interest in art, architecture, design, and fashion.
• Ability to be a Marimekko Brand Ambassador in actions, attitude, and appearance.

Responsabilités

• Sales Fundamentals: provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Operational Excellence: act as keyholder and manage opening/closing.
• Store Standards and Visual Merchandising: maintain clean, neat, organized store.
• Promote brand activities and events with the Flagship Store Manager.
• Build a local customer base through outreach and relationship building.
