Qualifications

  • Ingénieur mécanique avec 3-5 ans d'expérience.

  • Expérience avec la simulation multi-physiques requise.

Description du poste

In the engineering department, within the Off-Highway Truck (OHT) department, we are looking for a mechanical engineer responsible for developing the mechanical braking system.

Missions:
  1. Sizing, designing, developing, and integrating the mechanical braking system (wet-disc brakes) and its related systems (cooling, actuation, etc.).
  2. Considering interactions between the braking system and drive systems for all driving situations.
  3. Ensuring compliance with normative and functional safety requirements, cost, and reliability standards.
  4. Writing technical specifications for systems and components, and engineering guidelines.
  5. Developing functional specifications.
  6. Establishing single-line diagrams.
  7. Collaborating with suppliers and internal/external development partners in the development of new systems and components.
  8. Designing parts and complete assemblies in CAD, integrating new components across multiple factories, and managing CAD parts and bill of materials releases.
  9. Establishing test requests and participating in testing and validation of components and systems.
Profile:
  1. Mechanical engineer with 3-5 years of experience in designing mechanical components/systems.
  2. Knowledge of mechanical design, hydraulics, and thermal calculations.
  3. Experience with multi-physic systems simulation (MATLAB Simulink).
  4. Proficiency in PTC Creo.
  5. International experience in USA, Australia, or German-speaking countries.
  6. Fluent in English and good knowledge of German.
